Laminam
Porcelain

What is Laminam?

Laminam is the finest porcelain available, produced through a proprietary process by Lamina, the company that invented the process and holds patents on the machinery that makes this high-quality, best-in-class material. And Laminam is also rigorously tested to ensure high quality and durability. This is not your grandmother’s porcelain — Laminam is a resilient, versatile, natural surface ideal for interior and exterior use.

What makes Laminam such a desirable solution?

It’s thinner and lighter than natural stones or quartz, yet just as strong and durable.

Several colors can be bookmatched; these come in Face A and Face B versions that can be used together to create a continuous design between slabs.

For overhangs, such as on islands, 12mm of Laminam is stronger than 2 cm of quartz plus it can support up to a 13-inch overhang.

Tested for outdoor use, Laminam does not fade and releases no chemicals into the environment, for an eco-friendly and lasting installation.

Laminam slabs are larger than competitors’ at 1,620mm x 3,240mm (63.75in x 127.5 in).

Why fabricators will LOVE Laminam

No additional techniques or tools are required for fabrication – it can be cut using the same equipment with the same ease and speed as other stones.

It contains no silica.

Recently developed “In-Side Technology” allows continuity from surface to edge. Far superior to similar products.
